Lucas County, OH is one of three counties across the country that is receiving funds through a federal grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency (OJJDP). The funding will be used to treat juvenile offenders who suffer from drug and alcohol problems, according to the Reclaiming Futures model. YAP's Toledo office will serve this population as natural helpers and expect to work with 14 youth a year for the next 4 years.
