YAP joined the Philadelphia Defenders Association in congratulating their former leader, Robert Listenbee as he takes over as Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Philadelphia Youth Advocate Programs (PYAP) worked closely with Mr. Listenbee's office to improve outcomes for the most at-risk youth in Philadelphia's juvenile justice system.
