Status: Full Time Hourly                                              FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Currently, YAP employs more than 2,000 dedicated workers and serves approximately 20,000 youth and families per year.  Our mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and invest more in supporting families and neighborhoods. Summary of the Position:  Re-Entry Specialist is a part-time employee who spends 20 hours per week providing clients with holistic assessments and individualized service plans to support successful transition to their communities by delivering trauma-informed services through one-on-one and group sessions.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:  Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.

 

Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
