Summary of the Position:  Child Service Professional provides individualized mental health interventions and support services to children and families receiving community-based Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services. Community-based service settings include but are not limited to:  home, school, activity center, church, neighborhood, or extended or kinship family home.  The Child Service Professional is supported by a qualified mental health professional, as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, and implements medically necessary interventions and support services to enable the children and adolescents to be maintained and function in the least restrictive setting.


Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related discipline as well as one (1) year of training and experience working with children and adolescents with mental health issues.


Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
