Currently, YAP employs more than 2,000 dedicated workers and serves approximately 19,000 families per year.  Our mission is to engage human service systems so that they rely less on institutional care and invest more in supporting families and neighborhoods. We currently work with child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, disability, primary health care, and education systems to develop and offer community-based alternatives for the highest risk children, young people, young adults and families, and adults. Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager will provide office support for all aspects of the program. Individual is responsible for multiple office duties, preparing weekly paperwork, payroll processing, and maintain confidential client and personnel records. Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families and other service providers. Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Must also be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications/Requirements:  High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred. Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview. Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing helpful.


Must be able to pass Criminal Background Checks and Child Abuse Clearances. Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
