Summary of Position: Administrative Manager will provide state-wide office support specifically for Quality Assurance. Individual is responsible for multiple administrative duties including the support of OMHSAS required quality measures and related reporting, management of multiple employee databases, facilitate on-going credentialing and maintain confidential client and personnel records. Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families and other service providers. Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Must be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.
Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred. Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
