Summary of the Position: Position assists group facilitators in preparing for group and insuring facilities are left in order upon completion of group. Primarily, this position manages the childcare for children under the age of 10 while parents and siblings (10 and above) attend the Strengthening Families group. In addition, this position is responsible for aiding the Strengthen Families Program in various areas in order to help provide various best services to participants.
Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous experience working with children and working knowledge of available community resources.
Bi-Lingual is highly preferred.
Evening Hours (6-8 p.m.) 2-6 hours per week to provide assistance to staff and provide childcare to children under 10 years of age.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
