Summary of the Position: The West Virigina Counseling and Advocacy Program is seeking a Part Time Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of our program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential client and personnel records, process referrals and schedule initial appointments, process Medicaid Authorizations, verification and process New Hires to the program. The Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates is preferred. Administrative or Office Experience and knowledge of WV Medicaid is a plus.
Applicants should be organized, have time management skills, and be computer literate (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.), the ability to work well with others, and attention to detail ability.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
