Clinical Director of School Based Outpatient and Behavioral Health- Allegheny County, PA

Summary of Position:  Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the operations of the Outpatient Clinic School Based program and Intensive Behavioral Health Services. Responsibilities include oversight of all mental health professionals and ensuring they carry out individualized treatment plans, ensuring all clients have an active treatment plan, ensuring clients are aware of their plan and provide encouragement to staff to reach optimum performance while delivering high-quality services.

 

Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field.

  • Licensed in PA as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with mental health certification or clinical social work.
  • Licensed in PA as a behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
  • Licensed in PA as a social worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
  • Licensed in PA as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

 

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability.
