Summary of the Position: The Choose to Change (C2C) program is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to contribute to the overall management, implementation, and scale of the program. This position is responsible to provide direct support for the Chicago-based program. The Project Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the daily operations and management of the program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, fundraising, and communication with project partners. Above all, the Project Coordinator should keep the team on track to meet the overall goals and strategic direction of the program. The Project Coordinator will work hands on with the teams at both Children’s Home & Aid and Youth Advocate Programs to ensure communication occurs between both teams and track program implementation.
Bi-Lingual is strongly preferred!
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Three to five years related experience/training in youth services, juvenile justice, community programs, or program development.
Minimum 5 years related experience/training in management/supervision. Minimum 2 years public speaking/community engagement/fundraising/development experience
Ability to work with a diverse staff and community and philanthropic world through being collaborative, responsive, adaptable and flexible, Extremely well organized. Competent in Microsoft Word products, including but not limited to Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, and Excel
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability.
