Administrative Manager - Charleston, SC
Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provides administrative support for all aspects of the Charleston Program.
- Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing, maintains confidential client and personnel records, and assists with the hiring and Onboarding process for new hires.
- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Applicants should be organized, pay close attention to detail, have good time management skills, and have excellent computer skills (using Office 365 including Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.).
- Should be able to work well with others as part of a team, be friendly, and have an outgoing personality.
Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred but not required.
- Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekend hours.
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
