Status: Full-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Intensive Family Coordinator (IFC) is responsible for case management. Responsibilities include intakes, safety planning, team meetings, ISP development, 24/7 support, case contacts, and case record documentation in keeping with state regulations. The IFC will assist in selecting and supervising advocate staff and provide 24.7 crisis intervention and support. The IFC will assist the Program Director with day to day program management responsibilities as needed. The IFC may work specifically with the 0-5 program that focuses on parents and their young children.
Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience work community work and at least one year experience working in human services field.
Positions requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and auto insurance coverage with a minimum bodily injury liability limit of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
