Job Developer - Clark County, NV

Status:  Full Time Hourly                    FLSA classification: Non-Exempt. 

 

Summary of the Position: Job Developers will establish and maintain employer connections and work with participants and Career Coaches to guide participants into the key industry sectors. Job Developer will focus on work-based learning activities. Work-based learning hours will be directly involved in coordinating or overseeing, On-the-job training (OJT) experiences, work experience (WEX), apprenticeship preparation activities, and internship or job shadowing.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:   Associate’s degree preferred or 60+ hours in human services related degree preferred but not required. 

 

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
