Summary of the Position: Responsible for the overall administration of the Intensive In-Home Service Program throughout Colbert County, including the provision of client services, personnel management, and budget management. The Program Director will engage in recruiting, training, budgeting, and program development. This position is responsible for supervising employees, developing new service contracts, monitoring the quality of client services, and adhering to set service delivery levels. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring that the program is in compliance with all contracts, YAP standards and all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.
Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human and child development, counseling, or sociology from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of successful full-time, paid supervisory experience in a social services setting.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance with bodily injury liability limits of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
