The Role and Function of Senior Management
Members of YAP's Senior Management are skilled and experienced employees who address a variety of issues that arise in their areas of geographic or subject matter responsibility and that are national in scope. Thus, Senior Management provides insight with regard to a wide array of issues, such as health insurance, internal systems, YAP policies and procedures, starting new programs, and improving existing ones. In addition, members of Senior Management have a vital role in implementing decisions made by the CEO and Executive Team. Overall, Senior Management plays a critical role in helping YAP families achieve positive outcomes.
