The Role and Function of the Executive Team
Led by YAP's Chief Executive Office, the Executive Team is primarily responsible for the process of strategic planning. Thus, among other issues, the Executive Team focuses on long-term planning, improving the quality of YAP programs, and preserving the agency's financial stability.
