As a recent graduate of Elizabethtown College, in 1989 Richard joined the YAP team at the start of a period of tremendous growth within the company. These challenges brought opportunities to the Youth Advocate Programs as well as to Richard, and together we have succeeded in overcoming the challenges by showing our devotion to the communities we serve.
