Ms. Connor is the Vice President of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.'s New Jersey Programs and a member of YAP Senior Management Team. Lynette has accumulated 25 years of working experience in the social services industry, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the state of New Jersey. She is a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a Qualified Clinical social Worker.

Prior to joining YAP, Ms. Connor worked for a variety of institutions, including: SJ Behavioral Health Resources, Rancocas Associates, Family Service of Burlington County, South Jersey Counseling Service, Family Preservation Services at Family Counseling Service, and the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Lynette is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, as well as the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
