YAP awarded CABHC contract
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to serve as the CABHC Respite Management Agency beginning September 1, 2010. YAP will act as the manager of respite services through contacts with other individuals/organizations and will facilitate the access to respite services for CBHNP Members.
Respite services are designed to offer short-term respite to the caregivers of children, adolescents and adults. Respite services are meant to be short-term in nature and can occur either in the caregivers home or in an out of home placement. Based on need and available resources, respites can be hourly or overnight. Members who have CBHNP as their Managed Care Organization will be eligible for this service.
