YAP receives funding from federal agencies, private grants, and individual donations. Support from individuals like you is vital to provide services for children in communities both nationally and internationally.

Our measured outcomes indicate that YAP's strength-based, community-focused advocacy services work. Youth paired with advocates demonstrate real differences in their personal and academic lives.

Donating to YAP will help to:

• Recruit new advocates for our various programs;
  • Cover the costs of background checks and insurance, while ensuring trained professionals match children to caring and responsible advocates within their communities;
  • Offer supervision and support for every client; and
  • Provide cultural and social activities to enrich the opportunities for youth.
