YAP's new day treatment program in Lebanon County, PA offers an alternative to detention for youth involved in the county's juvenile justice system. On Saturday April 5, 2014, Lebanon County YAP participated in the 35th Annual Children’s Festival at the Lebanon Valley Mall.
