Youth from YAP's program in Lebanon PA participated in a 6-week culinary course, taught by executive chef Trevor Sipe of WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. The course culminated in a gourmet meal, prepared by the youth this week.

YAP was invited by Johnson County (IN) Juvenile Probation to provide training on our model. Jason Wilson, YAP Director from Orange County, NY provided the 4-day training, outlining YAP's philosophy, principles and approach. YAP's Morris Sussex (NJ) office hosted a Paint & Sip fundraiser at a local paint & craft studio called the Painted Grape.  Twenty people attended - some YAP staff and others were friends and supporters of YAP. The class included a 16" x 20" canvas (which each participant was able to keep), brushes, paint & an apron.
